Do you have a passion for adventure or a love for nature? Today we spoke with Mark Hutchinson, founder of WildArk. Check out his podcast to hear him talk about family, his experiences on the job, and what it’s like to be a true “wild man.”
Mark Hutchinson is adventurous, entrepreneurial and driven. A passionate wilderness advocate, he is the founder of WildArk, a social venture with a goal of securing green belts around the world that will be preserved, rehabilitated and allowed to return to their natural state. WildArk’s ultimate mission is to reconnect people with nature, and to help protect the world’s wild places. Through WildArk, Mark and his wife, Sophie, aim to ensure that they leave the world in a better natural state for their kids and future generations to follow.
When he’s not in the bush or trekking to the far reaches of the world, Mark spends time on his surfboard or on outdoor adventures with his children. A native Australian, he has spent his entire life surrounded by the bush and is now instilling a passion for the wilderness in his own four children. He and his wife, Sophie, a cofounder of WildArk, live with their children in Sydney, Australia. Mark is living his purpose one adventure at a time.
