Ted Dintersmith is hungry for change. An education philanthropist and a change agent, he believes that “logic doesn’t change people’s minds, it takes an emotional impact to change them.” He founded and organized a documentary in 2015 called “Most Likely to Succeed”—the first national campaign to inspire and empower communities across the country to revolutionize their schools for the 21st Century— and was the executive producer for it and another film, “The Hunting Ground,” which both premiered at the 2015 Sundance Festival. He has also co-authored a book titled “Most Likely to Succeed: Preparing Our Kids for the Innovation Era.”

“Most Likely to Succeed” has had over 3,000 screenings to date, averaging about 200 per month, shown to audiences as large as 1,500. Ted is focused on issues at the intersection of education and innovation. He lives with his wife, Elizabeth, and two children in Charlottesville, Virginia, and is living his purpose one student at a time.
