Not only is he a 20-year veteran of the investment banking industry, Charles is also a licensed operations professional who hold a series 24 general securities principal license and a series 79 investment banking license.
Previously, Charles has served as the group managing director and the vice chairman of Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. where he was also responsible for the strategic direction and company operations as well as forming and executing the firm’s international expansion strategy.
